Please note that the Rebel Girls Mood Journal App is intended for use by children but may be available to other users in the Google play store. The Rebel Girls Mood Journal App is available to children through supervised Google Accounts which are required to be linked to an adult, parent, or guardian who controls which applications are downloaded and accessible to the supervised children’s account. Your use of the Product and Services and any information you provide on the Services are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

Data Collection

Personally identifiable information (PII) is not collected from users of the product. Once an adult, parent, or guardian has installed the Rebel Girls Mood Journal App on a supervised account, no additional account creation or credentials are required. We limit the collection and use of data to only what is required to operate and improve the services. Information about how users interact with the product, such as behavioral data and usage data, is collected. Please note that data collected through the app is anonymized before being processed. Personal information of users is not collected from the service by a third party for their own use and the company will not combine data from users with additional data from third-party sources. Users cannot create or upload content directly to the service. The product does not allow for users to interact, share, or display information with other users of the product.

We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.

We do not ask users to participate in any third-party sweepstakes, contests, or other similar promotions.

Children’s Privacy Notice

Rebel Girls Mood Journal App is designed to be used by children which may include users 13 years of age, and under. The app is only installed and activated on a child’s device by adults, parents, or guardians. Once activated, the app can be used by a child through a supervised account. All supervised accounts are required to be linked to a parent or guardian who provides verifiable parental consent upon app download. By default, parents need to provide approval for a child to install or activate the app. Once the app is activated, no personal information is collected from children.
